Oil World Contracting Co. have implemented a Quality Management System according to the standards and is executed by all the employees, from senior managers to labourers. The Quality assurance plans are adapted and implemented on each individual project, covering all aspects of work in order to fulfil contract conditions. Relevant corrective and preventive measures are periodically reviewed and improved in order to validate their effectiveness.
